The Fund has a bifurcated fund strategy and will seek to invest in a mix of real estate, precious metals, global equities, and infrastructure and development projects in the Caribbean, North, Central and South America.
A low fee structure allows the fund to pass along the maximum benefit to Fund investors. After its first year of operations the Fund will seek to be listed on a major stock exchange.
An experienced and involved team of Directors to guide the fund toward properties and development projects suitable for the fund.

The fund will seek to realize superior capital gains through real estate investments arranged by the Directors in portfolio companies either located in, or with significant business activities in the Caribbean. It is anticipated that approximately 30% of cash subscriptions will be invested in real estate, precious metals and global equities. The Fund may invest through one or more subsidiaries incorporated in an appropriate jurisdiction in order to take maximize tax efficiencies or to comply with local investment laws or in such other circumstances as the Directors deem appropriate.
Objective 2:
Approximately 70% of cash subscriptions taken in by the Fund will be used to acquire equity positions in infrastructure and development projects in the Caribbean, North, Central and South America. The fund has contracts to acquire shares in an oil refinery, acquire equity position in a leading solar energy company, acquire shares in a building company which holds a revolutionary patent which will be coming to market in July 2011, acquire shares in Brazilian and Honduras companies specializing in low income house construction, and participation in Cayman’s Enterprise City- first USD billion dollar high tech free zone. The Fund will seek to be listed on a major stock exchange (most likely Frankfurt exchange) within one year of operations.
The Fund is looking for an expected appreciation on investment close to 20% per annum over the next 5 years.
This target has been set based on the average value of properties to be acquired and the expected growth in the development project companies over the next 1 to 5 years.
Extensive development projects planned for and currently ongoing in the Caribbean will provide a spring board for more local development and rental property.
