Wilton McDonald II 

Wilton G. McDonald II, BSc, LLB (Hons.), MBA, LLM, JSD (C), FCCA (ret.) Attorney-at-law and Notary Public, FINAB Legal Ltd., Principal, FINAB Group Advisors, L.P., Partner. Mr. McDonald has lived in the Cayman Islands for more than 30 years. Prior to establishing FINAB Legal Ltd. In 2010, Mr. McDonald built a USD $3.5 million practice at Truman Bodden & Company as the Head of the Investment Fund Department.

Arthur Vann 

Arthur Vann has 25 years of experience in the financial industry and has focused mainly on interfacing with clients on a truly worldwide basis. He is currently CEO and major shareholder in a number of interrelated companies authorized by investment management companies to give advice on their considerable range of products and services. He first qualified as a financial consultant in 1984 with Hill Samuel Investment Services Ltd, a division of Hill Samuel Merchant Banking Group in London in the UK. He was for several years one of their top consultants and dealt with Private Clients in London on a regular basis with Hill Samuel Private Client Management. Mr Vann holds a Diploma in Music from Dartington College of Arts, UK, a Bachelor of Arts in Education, and a Degree in Economics and currently lives in the charming equestrian town of Aiken, South Carolina, USA. Charles Schwab Jr. 

Charles (Sandy) Schwab Jr. has been managing proprietary capital for over 21 years on an institutional basis as well as on behalf of the Schwab family. Since 1998 he has been managing the private venture investments of the family primarily through Chess Ventures, LLC and its predecessor, the Kensington Value Fund. The investment focus of these funds centered around providing capital to high growth emerging companies in technology as well as other opportunistic ventures. Over the past 13 years he has developed a structured approach to managing the Schwab family’s assets and is now implementing new investment strategies to further leverage the family’s brand and knowledge of financial services.
